We focus on planning events that provide long-term support and truly meet the needs of our community. Every project is driven by our heart and our goal to make a lasting difference. Weekly Shelter Music Program (2023–Present)
Since 2023, HWU has provided free weekly music lessons to children in local shelters, a mission inspired by a child's sincere passion to learn.
Free Weekly Music Lessons for Junior Ambassadors
Beyond the shelters, HWU is building a community of young leaders. Through free weekly violin lessons, we empower local children to become 'Junior Ambassadors,' fostering a new generation dedicated to service and harmony.

HWU Junior Ambassadors: Empowering youth to serve underserved communities
Our Junior Ambassadors supported a child battling cancer by creating personalized encouragement cards and sharing a supportive meeting to boost their spirits.

As a special Christmas gift, HWU Junior Ambassadors performed for the children at Patrick Hanley Shelter to inspire their musical passion and bring holiday joy.

HWU Junior Ambassador Diego performed a violin solo via Zoom for 'Cancer Kids First,' bringing joy and comfort to pediatric cancer patients through this meaningful collaboration.

HWU successfully hosted two Potluck fundraising campaigns in 2025, showcasing our community impact and the musical talents of our Junior Ambassadors. Through raffle tickets and individual donations, these two events raised vital funds to support our mission.
2025
2024 marked HWU Junior Ambassador’s first outreach at the Patrick Henry Shelter. Our Junior Ambassadors performed for 20 children and their families, followed by interactive arts and crafts and a snack social. Most importantly, we opened doors for these children by taking sign-ups for our free music lessons.

That initial event at the shelter was the turning point for Harmony With U. The enthusiastic response from the children led to the launch of our weekly music lessons, which continue to flourish today. We are proud to provide consistent, ongoing musical mentorship to these aspiring young musicians
